Probationary period official/unofficial completion?

Bit of an odd position I've not been in before and would appreciate some advice. Google isn't proving too useful.

Started a job in Feb 2014 with a 6 month probation, at the 6 month mark I discussed with my manager and decided to extend it by 3 months as I wasn't happy (be blamed it on me when telling HR). HR never officially acknowledged this as far as I'm aware and I've now passed that period.

I've received no official notification that I've completed my probation so the question stands, what is my notice period? the probation 1 week or the full 2 months?

I'm asking obviously because I still want a quick out, I'm hoping the non-confirmation means nothing has changed...

Appreciate any advice.
