Do you like your job?

I'm sure many do and many don't.

At the moment I'm doing a job that I don't like. I was made redundant so had to take what was available at the time.
Same kind of industry but not the same job. I seem to dread going in and can't wait to get home, but it's what I have to do to keep paying the bills until I get a different one.

So anyone else in the same boat and doesn't like the job they are doing?

I used to despise my old job and the people I used to work for. Its not good for you and in retrospect I should have moved on about 4-5 years before I did. As luck would have it I managed to go self employed in a different field but I would always advocate that the grass isnt always greener on the other side....it just usually is. If you are dreading tomorrow morning, move on. Life's too short. I get butterflies on Sunday night now 1 year in and love it.

Thanks all, glad to see people are enjoying the work they do. That's the plan Fridaypassion, I'm actively looking and applying for jobs I would enjoy. If nothing comes along it has always been in my mind to look about going self employed, but unfortunately the lack of savings at the moment will not allow it :-(.
