Looking for a very specific recruiter - tech design

Hello gents,
This may be a bit of a long shot but I know there are all sorts of people here.
A friend of mine is a very senior tech design manager - he's currently head of brand design at Bang & Olufsen in DK.
He is being approached by a couple of firms (international tech firms - the kind who make globally known smartphones/tablets etc) about joining them.
A couple of us are a little concerned that their offers are not up to par but we're not entirely sure. They're obviously mega money but at this kind of level frankly I'd be expecting a more in terms of overall package - inc share options, signing bonuses etc. We've said we'd try to find a decent industry headhunter or similar for him to have a quick chat with to check what his market value would be to these sort of firms. Someone experienced at this end of the market would be great, he's a high 100's if not $1m+ guy.
If anyone knows anyone who can help a steer in the right direction would be very much appreciated.
