4.5 hour assessment for potential job. Hay Assessor also...

Hi guys,

I have a 4.5 hour recruitment process coming up this week;

It goes as follows:

1- Talent Q questionnaire

2- A case study exercise

3- In depth discussion with a HAY Assessor

4- A review meeting to discuss the case study exercise

All materials are to be provided on the day. The job in question is finance orientated.

Apart from my own research, does anyone have any tips? Has anyone here gone through a similar process?

I seem a bit unsure about point three, I assume it will be competency based...
