Hi Guys,

Looking for a bit of guidance on the above.

I've been contacted following a job application and they've sent through a link to one of these Critical Thinking tests. I've just completed (very quickly) section 1 of an example found online and was in the 49th percentile so suspect I need to work on it and probably just take my time.

Has anyone got any experience of completing one, or have they sent one out to a prospective employee and have experience of reviewing them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
