Reason's for leaving a job

Is it the done thing when being interviewed to tell the interviewer(s) that one of the reason's you want to leave your current role is because the company you work for is poor? lol.

Has anyone ever done this? How was it taken?

I never have, even though I have wanted to, but always worried that it would be seen negatively.

The closest I've come was to say that I wanted to work for a company who would invest in me as a person.

I have no plans to say this to a potential future employer, just interested in whether someone has done it before
