Now I have worked within Global Talent Acquisition for more years than I care to remember and currently head up Global Recruitment for a FTSE 100 company. In all my years people have tried all sorts of things to try and impress me into offering them a job.
What I want to know is why no one has tried this, I feel cheatedgrumpy

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuU9j1UuQKI This may not be safe for work

The article that came with the video stated this:

“The woman has been identified as the 21-year old Enki Bracaj. She had been studying public relations at a local university when she decided to audition for the Albanian news channel Zjarr.
However, Bracaj was well aware of the cutthroat competition facing her in the world of journalism. She knew that she had to make a lasting impression in order to have a chance at the job.”

“A spokesperson for the channel said: "Most agree that her presentation style is somewhat awkward, but we are working on that and to be honest it doesn't seem to be doing any harm to her viewing figures."

Why is this not a surprise???

Does anyone else have any anecdotes on how they secured their dream job?

I saw the video on a HR forum site. Basically this was not a wardrobe malfunction, she went with this look so as to “Standout” during her presentation and leave an impression. Personally I am not having any trouble with this approach.
