I'm racist - anyone else?

I reported a colleague yesterday through the appropriate channels for doing something dodgy, really really dodgy

She's been with us (big company) for over 10 years and has a reputation for being poor but as far as I know has never been the subject of any disciplinary action

I thought it would be a simple matter due to the nature of her transgression but on arriving at work today have found out she's reported me for racist abuse and bullying

Anyone got any experience?

She will be in major trouble after my complaint, possibly even fired

I have never lost my temper or shouted at her even when I saw the deed done so there can be no previous however am concerned about possible witnesses being dragged up to support her allegation

Well as her allegations are utterly groundless then I would have to assume so

I've seen this scenario played out on various sites whilst at work, I'd say when hearing both sides, most do have some form of racism involved, and most individuals that do have the complaint made against them fire back with the whole "their using the racist card",which is becoming abit of a bore.

I may be lazy-ist, corrupt-ist and vexatious-ist however I am most definitely not racist

Thanks to the rest of you for the words and kind offers of help

I will play it by ear and await whatever HR come up with taking advice from my union when it happens

There is another witness to support my allegation however I have no idea if she can independently corroborate my "racism"
