Dream Job. Bad Interview
Discussion
Just been for an interview, heading up a small charity at a period where someone from a different background could come in and really shape the future.
4 people interviewing, 3 of them were fine but one guy just simply didn't seem to like me. Questioned much of what I said, which is fair enough and maybe there was a good cop bad cop element to the interview, but just got a feel that I wasn't the man for him. Walked out thinking I'm memorable to him for the wrong reasons, and now competing against people who could just merge into the background.
Have another interview next week and sure there's something out there for me, but am pretty deflated as looked like my dream job.

Well, I didn't get the job
They had promised to let everyone know today and the CEO just called. She was very pleasant and said they all enjoyed my interview and thought I would fit in well with the team, but there was one area in particular where they felt another candidate was more suitable. It was a fantastic role which I would have loved, but onwards we go.
