Composite laminators for f1 teams winter build

Hi there just wondering if there is any one on here at present that is working for any f1 teams laminating,with the winter build starting I'm looking for a way in, I have 10 years experience mostly within the aerospace industry but have tinkered with other projects as well. Can load and operate autoclaves and various other equipment any feedback appreciated many thanks.

Thanks for those, I applied to Williams over a month ago and they have just readvertised for the 3 positions again?? I have checked my application and its pending so I'm guessing there not that impressed with quality of applicants maybe " who knows"
