CIMA CPD Evidence

The OH has been selected to do her proof of CPD evidence.

We are working through it now, she has been conscientious in doing it over the years, though it is scattered about a bit. Also, do they appreciate 'offline' activities too, as she (we) do quite a few non work activities that we can grab leadership, first aid, customer facing examples from too? Does anyone have any tips or examples as it's something she hasn't had to do before?

She is a bit more advanced in her career now than having mentors and plans written for her.

So last three years worth of proof all mailed in Sunday night, about a month early. She was emailed at 9.10 on Monday morning saying she had passed!
