Only ever had one job which I got a long time ago and I am not sure I agree with half of the "how to write a CV" websites.

Should a profile summary/personal statement be in bullet points or a paragraph? The latter can require extensive use of the word "I" which is not very inventive and the former is much easier to read.

Do people still bother with college grades and GCSEs even when they were years ago and their most recent achievement is a BSc Hons?

Do people still bother with a "key skills" section to fill in the buzz words?

I've written a concise profile summary and listed my excellent achievements under my current employer but I have not documented many of my small but potentially useful skills.

A high quality CV goes much beyond this in terms of attempting to trigger a positive response in the reader.

But to your specific questions:

- only show academic quals 2-down
- write in paragraphs using third person
2 down, sorry?

Third person? I assume you mean "managed key stakeholders" rather than "I managed key stakeholders"?
