I work for a big, but kind of "under the radar" FTSE 100 Company.

No Christmas bonus this year or last year due to us not quite meeting targets nationally. Previously its been around £200 per employee (there's a lot of employees) and while its peanuts it hepled moral and paid for the turkey.

Pay review has been fixed way below inflation for the last 2 years for everyone.

Is this in line with most employers/employees on here? City boys need not reply as I know they are looked after.

Some companies have frozen pay, some have set impossible bonus criteria, others are still laying off, be thankful you got any payrise even if it is slowing the decline in your pay's value.
I am thankful but I am also sure that a few employers are using the downturn to their own benefit. Clients still have to pay based on increase in inflation.
