M135i - best discounts and finance rates?

I've seen that people are getting great discounts on the new M135i - can anybody tell me what % discount you are getting? Also what APR % finance deals through the BMW dealer network, balloon % amounts at end of 3 or 4 years or are dealers offering 50% payment up front and 0% APR and no payments for a certain term? Also pricing for the service inclusive package and term?
Just want to do a bit of research to try and get the best deal on a new car before contacting my local BMW dealer. Really appreciate any advice? Many thanks......

I've just found out from a dealer that they estimate the 1 series facelift deliveries to start around Sept 2014 (an estimate though nothing confirmed) and 2 series deliveries to start around March 2014.... Hopefully deals will be good on the new models!!

If purchasing new from BMW what % discounts are people seeing off list at present, I know late last year some people were getting up to 18% off - anybody seeing those kind of discounts still? 4.9% APR if financing through BMW seems like a very decent rate.
Also does anybody know when the 1 series will get a facelift, guess it will look more like the 2 series from the front when the facelift model comes out?

There are deals to be had, you just might not be able to get them from your local BMW dealer, you might have to travel.

I'm not sure what the BMW Business speakers sound like, but I've got the HK speakers in my M235i and they sound brilliant, if you like your music well worth getting HK - loads of non distorting bass and clear crisp high quality sound.
One mistake I think I made was not going for adaptive dampers, the ride is pretty hard with standard suspension, I guess the adaptive dampers in comfort mode give a much better ride.
I'm about to order one too. Same spec as yours plus heated seats and comfort pack (park sensors and cruise), and possibly sunroof. Black with red leather.
I might downgrade the hk speakers to BMW Business and wondered if anyone had compared the 2?
