The difference in grip in rain (even against brand new rears last week) is frankly astonishing.

Sure when the day is dryer and warmer we know they're not as good but today the car felt really, really sure footed and on the money.

No matter how much water was on the road it just stuck to it.

Bloody handsome car that
Thanks smile

The 20's look really good but the winter 19's don't spoil the shape and without doubt the best all round car I've ever had, fecking brilliant yes

They are OEM and cost around £2900 list however I managed a 10% discount. Available as 19" or 20" (20's are more expensive). Complete ready to go with tyre pressure/temp monitors installed.

A lot of money no doubt but when the weather turns stty worth every penny and when the car goes I bet I'll get over 50% of my investment back wink

£2900! BMW do like a laugh, I reckon a TUV approved set of replica rims and premium winters would come in about half that online.

Looks great on the 19s though.
Possibly but last year wheels and tyres for the F10 M5 were very hard to come by due to the offset etc.

Ah yes, I was looking at the 550 sizes, not M5. Still, ouch! Look forward to some pictures of your M5 at the top of a snowy mountain though smile
A big ouch yes

The problem is it's my daily and up to 2013 the winters even in the south have been pretty bad and when I parted with the cash it seemed like a no-brainer.

Had fecking Indian winters since then naturally!
