Where are all the z4m's with warranty???

I've recently been watching the Z4M classifieds on PH and AT and have noticed that you rarely see them come up with warranty these days - there only ever seem to be traders selling them so no Mondial warranty.

Anyone know of a reason for this? Are true enthusiasts holding them all? Have they fallen into the wrong hands so no one has extended the warranty? Were all owners desperate to sell (for whatever reason) so have chopped them into dealers???

I quite fancy getting preferably a coupe but maybe roadster -but if the market stays so scarce I may have look back to Porsche....

Anyone know of anyone thinking of selling something in the short term????

Also now isn't exactly the time of year when people are buying/selling cars like a Z4M.

Are you suggesting people don't get bored with them at this time of year or that if they do they are willing to hold onto a car they are bored by to possibly get a bit more money in the summer??? I can u see stand some but not all - I know when I am bored I just want rid and to move oto the next thing of interest.....

That's strange as I've had 8 BMWs into last 10 years and I have always been grateful for having the warranty on the 7cars that were under it. I also wish I'd had it on my first Z3MC as that cost me quite alot on things going wrong. I only sold it to buy a newer one with warranty ( back in those days you could only get get the warranty if it had been continuously covered from new).

The older these cars get the greater the chance of something expensive happening. One of the main reasons I like BMW is because you can keep the warranty going on for many many years!
