F80 M3 Brakes

Have a few track days booked in july. Have options on cars but thinking of taking my wife and son and this got me thinking of taking the M3. Only problem is my previous memories of my other M3's is the brakes are made of cheese. Do you reckon if i change the fluid and pads to say pagid the car could last 500 mile drive to spa, a day at spa, a day at the ring and a day at Zolder and then return home (another 500 miles)?

Does anyone one have any experience tracking these hard? My last E90 lasted 1/2 a day at Dijon in hot weather then gave up.
