In spite of reading old threads discussing the merits of having an extended warranty, I think I'd like the assurance that it offers.

As such, Mondial are offering various levels of cover ranging from Comprehensive (1000), Named Component (840) & Driveline (650), all with 250 excess for my 2011 E93 with 17k miles.

I'd appreciate some guidance & opinions as to which one makes best sense, as I am sure that some of you have already done the maths and assessed the risk.

Thanks

Thanks guys, kind of my feeling (get the most comprehensive available).

Interesting to note that I am being quoted £114/m for Comprehensive with £100 excess and no Emergency Service for a 2011 plate E93 M3 with 17k miles. Any point in calling them up to haggle?

Thanks for all of the help (and the introduction to M3 Cutters - interesting and informative).

I have taken out a Comprehensive warranty with 100 excess. The cover start is delayed by 1month, presumably to avoid retrospective claims.

I appreciate the help.
