After much to-ing and fro-ing between C63 V M3 I've decided to get back into an M3 (had an E46 many moons ago).

As I only want 1 car and have a small thing called a "child" I need the saloon rather than the coupe. This presents a problem......there are very few of the buggers about (especially with EDC and DCT which is a must for me - and I don't like white cars which makes it even more difficult) and that rarity means you're paying a significant premium over the E92 for the same spec car.

Do you think this price differential will always exist between the two? Is the saloon REALLY more sought after than the coupe!?? Or is this a false inflation which should be taken into consideration on price negotiation on purchase?

Appreciate the supply and demand rule but the few of those on the market aren't selling and they're still pricey!

May wait till the depths of winter when no one wants a 400 bhp rear drive car......

Only just 1 yrs old (with a 9 yr old for good measure)

I had a coupe with the 9 yr old when she was little and the moaning from management was enough first time round......

I thought the EDC was a "must have" on these cars??

Ahhh, the lack of Michelin prefix confused me!

They'll definitely make a difference!
