A mates up for some fun at Shakies raceway next month and will be bringing his Z06 Vette along. He has a pipe on it and will likely have played with the mapping himself (geek like) so how do we think my mapped M6 will cope against it? Big difference in weight between the two.

10.5... really..? Its quick but that quick. Off to have the LC setup by DMS this afternoon so will try a few starts with that and see what it feels like if the roads here dry out a little.

S800, was your Monaro 800hp? I assume a blunt tool compared to the finesse of the M6?
LOL. Long story some time ago but it was suppose to be 800hp having blown it up at 635. The tuner screwed it up and I sold it on. My last VXr8 was about 650 and yes both characterful cars but archaic compared to the M6.
Got the LC working, it's not the easiest thing to get up is it!! Can't seem to adjust the launch revs with any buttons and we tried them all but it's already violent launching at 3k! smile

Supposed tone the cruise control wheel that adjusts the revs for LC.
Yep, we tried that.

Z06 was good but not good enough. Un-prepped track and no LC still netted an 11.6 and 127mph trap. New PB for a totally road used car.
