E61 M5 values now firming up!

Anyone else noticed that the M5 Touring prices are firming up?

Not only that, the current M5 prices are dropping like stones, soon they will be even.

Current M5 have dropped below 30k, see a few examples sell for this, give it 9 months and they will be dropping to 25k, obviously with 50-50k on the clock :-)
