Best place to sell US cars
Discussion
Morning
Father has passed away and left me with a couple of American cars to deal with.
Ford Thunderbird F reg 3.5 litre supercharged I think, with MOT, not taxed or insured.
Lincoln LS V reg 4.0 litre V8 I think, no MOT, tax or insurance.
No idea what to do with them and hoped someone would would be able to point me in the right direction to find someone who might know what they are worth and were to sell them.
Cheers

Thanks, its a pretty rare beasty now, only ever seen one other supercoupe on Uk roads.
Its a beauty really, yes supercoupe 3.8 litre super charged, tidy inside, everything seems to work even the keyless entry etc.
Few scraps and bangs but it is I think 25 years old.
I was amazed at what was on it when it came from the states all those years ago. Auto lights, rain sensors, auto seat belt etc, stuff we didn't see on European cars till years later.
Be a shame to break it up but I need the warehouse space and its been inside for the last 5 years only going out for the odd summer jaunt. Old fella would never let me sell it when he was alive.

To be fair thats not a supercoupe on Ebay, havent seen one for a long long time.
I think however after some looking around the value of the thunderbird is around 2-3k if you can get it.
Might well list it later and see what happens.
If someone picked them up I would let the two go for 4k which is a lot of car for the money.
The licnoln is immaculate inside, bit of bubbling round the wheel arches on the front and a few other marks with a perfect engine and gear box, couple of springs on the front and two rear tie bars and youve got a very fast comfortable car for not a lot of money.
Cheers
