Ram 2500 tow hitch????

I am struggling to find a hitch/ball combo that will allow me to tow standard UK trailers/caravans when we import our Ram later this year.
Our 2500 has a Class V receiver (2.5" tube) and came with a reducer sleeve to Class IV/III (2" tube). The only 50mm ball I can find that will mount to a US drop hitch is rated Class I/II and has a smaller diameter shank (3/4" vice 1").
What am I missing here, how are you guys dragging stuff around? Please help!!
PS - I have found a single product that would work but it is in Australia!
