I fancy a 1999-onwards Cadillac STS. Don't know why, always have, since they were launched here as an experiment. They look good and are different. I like petrols and I do few miles so... Why not.

Where have they all gone though? At any time there are just one or two for sale across eBay, autotrader and pistonheads.

Are they so unreliable they have all gone to the garage in the sky? Or did they really sell so few?

And, final question... Are they front drive?

only real issue with them is the head gasket failure caused by the head bolts pulling out of the alloy block, easily cured albeit time consuming for anyone with engineering skills.
That's a shame, since supposedly this engine was super low maintenance. I was told that it was designed such as it could be driven even with no oil or water (!!?). Switching from two cylinders to the next two to the next and so on. Seems hard to believe...

I have a Sts for sale, only 11k miles from new. Would you like more details?
Hello. By all means yes please! Can you post more about it to this thread? But I wasn't expecting to go for such a [presumably] well-cared-for example and it would only get scratched since I have to park on the street.
