Cool. I could see of the 3 tapings 2 had been cut with a knife. Even the citizen box and inners are damaged and going moldy

I have spoke to MasterCard.... Given them option to refund or send new one, nothing.

So DHL (creations carrier) are crap. They and creation are adamant post office (p58 form) is the way forward (they got that wrong and i had to find correct form (not cn22 or cn24 as they say)).
Im clearly not getting anywhere with DHL or creation. I have tried P58 claim form and post office rejected each time.
What else shall i try? Mastercard?
