Watch as a gift
Discussion
Hi
As a gift from my boss he has offered to buy me a watch from a local jewellers (I'm 20 years in his company) needless to say I'm delighted!
I have picked out two watches, both Tag Heuer. I know they are not the most popular brand on here but I've always liked them.

I'm more inclined to go with the Monaco as I love the square face. I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts as I don't really know a lot about the watches themselves.
Thanks

I'm tied to the shop unfortunately as a friend of his owns it. I can spend up to £1200 plus I'll add some myself but we are doing work to a new house so any spare cash is going into it - wife's orders. I will go to around £1500
I'm have a Raymond Weil tango sport, a g-shock, a roamer superior and and an old record watch. Not very exciting! But I love each one for different reasons.
I guess I'm after a nice watch for the weekend, nothing too flashy looking.
