Now then all.

I'm a watch Novice, and have nowhere near the budget most folk have. But I've spotted a nice Christopher Ward C70 I'd like to buy. I don't want to wear it, I just want it as I like the look of it smile
Any experiences with the brand please?

Regards, Stuart.

I can't agree. I don't even wear a watch now, and can't think of the last time I wore one.
I'm never in suitable attire to complement a nice watch. BUT, it would look excellent in my glass display cabinet with my AutoArt Jaguars smile

Ahhhh, but you see, I asked for opinions from folk who have experience of the brand; you're being rather specific saying wearers. Something which I wasn't in my OP.
Anyway, I digress, even brand knowledge would be welcomed.
I know as much about watches as the general public know about enginerering.

This is the kind of response I was after.
What kind of regard are they held in, etc.

Thanks mate.

That's the beast!
But I can't buy it now...
I've just sent the solicitors a shed load of cash for our house, and I said to my self - if serial no. 011 is available, I'll buy one. If not, I won't bother.
It's already been reserved.
I'll have to keep my eye on the second hand market next year.

Thanks for taking the time to reply all, Stuart.
