Hey folks,
We recently relocated to sunny (and hot and damp) Singapore and i am looking at a Bremont U2 Blue or a Schofield Signalman for my 40th birthday present to myself in December, but i am worried about wearing a leather strap in the tropics. I currently have a titanium tissot t-touch with a titanium bracelet, so i cant test this for myself!
Is anyone wearing a leather bracelet as their main watch while living in constant heat and humidity (typically 27-32 degrees and around 80% humidity)?
Any wisdom greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Greg

thanks folks for all the advice. Looks like my four options are:
Leave it on the standard leather strap and only wear in air condition
Buy a new leather strap with a neoprene lining
Buy a nato strap
Buy a rubber strap
I dont think the nato strap will cut it at work, so i think i will hunt out a good quality rubber strap.
Thanks for all the advice.
Cheers,
Greg
