Pelagos owners - any regrets?

Thanks for the feedback so far. I think I'll return to the AD tomorrow.
A couple of further questions:-
Robbiekhan - where did the NATO come from? Seems to compliment the watch very well. Great pictures as well. They really show off the engineering in the watch.
Does the watch come with a tool to change between the bracelet and rubber strap?
And finally, will the watch wear too large when worn with a formal work shirt? It will be my daily wearer. I have relatively small wrists at 7 inches.
My only regret; I have to move on a beautiful, and mint, Tudor Chronograph 79260p to afford the Pelagos.
