I bought a GMT Master II from them last year which hasn't missed a beat. I offered 15% less than it was being offered for on the web, they accepted and the deal was done in a day and no problems so far whatsoever.

Are they messing you about Matt?

Not currently mate - just wondering about picking something up that they've offered me a buy back guarantee on in 2 years time. My only concern is being stung for a whole heap of charges at the time...
