Help identifying this find.

Hi everyone. I found this old clock in my shed and need help identifying it and any information about it.
It has the following written on the back.
"Duc d’Orléans Breguet Sympathique" and "Abraham-Louis Breguet" who I expect was the guy who made it perhaps?
As you can see, it came up quite nice after a rub with steel wool and some brasso.
