Wedding+bonus watch

I'm in the fortunate enough position to be able to purchase a watch for my wedding, and also because i've got a bit of a work bonus coming this year. Not banker bonus levels, but enough to do this. Anyway, slightly embarrassed justification out the way, I've been looking at these:
Breitling Transocean Unitime
or the Pilot version
Rolex Sea Dweller 4000
Rolex Sea Dweller Deep Sea
i'd be quite interested to know what people suggest that I take a look at, given the above, and maybe any thoughts on these choices. Perhaps the Deepsea is a bit on the large side!

As it's such a special occasion, would you not want a more suitable watch to go with the attire?
Depending on budget, and/or if you'd only accept brand new, would you consider two to cover both aspects – dressy and sporty?
Would you only opt for something you can try on first?
The point of asking all these questions, is to narrow down what you can and should be looking at – no point recommending something you'll need to import before you can see what it looks like in real life, although with the right photos online you can minimise the potential for not liking it when it lands.
What size wrist have you – it might be worth going into a store near you, and try many different models and brands on, so you can then rule out certain sizes or styles, before looking further afield to see brands the majority of high street stores don't carry.

Doesn't have to be new! I've made a note to check those out although IIRC Royal Oak not for me. For new Deepsea money, you'd get a stunning pre-owned (but mint) Audermars Piguet Royal Oak on bracelet or a Patek Calatrava.

Nope.tried on both a breitling transocean unitime and a superocean heritage today when i was killing time before my meeting in canary wharf. The transocean was ridiculously massive and was so bling it actually offended me a bit. The mesh bracelet would have been better replaced with a different strap i think. The superocean was on a rubber strap and whilst i liked it far more in the end, it was still a little OTT i think. Will post a phone cam wrist shot in a bit. The superocean was considerably cheaper too.
t I've said I'm going to try on a deepsea at the weekend! Want to see just how big and heavy.
