Tag Aquaracer Winder comes out

I have a Tag Aquaracer Calbre 5 and just before christmas i undid the winder to change the date and the wheel came out of the watch. I tool it to Goldsmiths who basically said I had over wound it, to be honest hardley wound it up as i just adjust the date and time and throw it on. I sent it back to Tag for repair (took ages)and have worn it probably 6 or 7 times since it was repaired and yesterday the wheel came out again, this time i ahvent wound it up at all so that cant be a reason for it.

I havent been home to confirm but I think its out of warrenty now. Anyone heard of this happening on Tags?

Cheers for the reply. Thanks for the info and Im glad you said about the 'overwinding'issue, unfortunately Goldsmiths are my only Tag dealer in the area.

Only just out of warrenty. Ill do some googling to find a local repairer, thanks again!

My local repair agent said it was impossible for him to get TAG parts so he wouldnt take it on, suggested I went to Goldsmiths in Farnham as they are nearest TAG dealer. Vario, would you take it on?

Depending how far out of warranty it is, it might be worth trying. I included a little sob story note with it which the dealer said probably helped

2 MONTHS OUT OF WARRENTY AND WAS ONLY FIXED (SAME FAULT) 2 MONTHS AGO. Sorry for caps, Im on works comp lol

I went to Goldsmiths on Friday to see if it could be fixed. I had it repaired in July and TAG repairs carry a 1 year warranty. So as the same fault has happened again its a free of charge repair, happy days!
