Afternoon, had my watch 5 or 6 weeks, very consistent, but consistently losing 10 secs a day...think the manual says -4/+10/day is normal, so should I expect better or accept it?
Cheers

Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a few more weeks and see if it gets better. I wear it permanently so I assume that is better than taking it off every night?
Cheers

Yeah, thanks, I was heading towards this conclusion myself...bit disappointing & takes the shine off a bit...never mind, worse things happen at sea

Just spoken to longines, they agree it's out of tolerance, they're sending me a prepaid envelope to send it to them...can't argue with that.

Called today to see where my envelope is...told it can take a week but they'll check on the system....oh, they can't find me on the system! So typical these days...lucky it's not urgent.

Watch received back today so they had it approx 4-5 weeks and I was on holiday last week and told them not to send it then even if it was ready, so they managed to follow that instruction. No new marks or scratches either so hopefully, if it's keeping better time I'll be able to report a favourable after sales service.
