TAG Repair

Wonder if you guys can help.
Husbands TAG got water in it and its gone back to them to repair

They came back today with the following :

Complete service £270

New dial £255

New hands £70

Total £595

This was from a shop in canary wharf

Just wanted peoples thoughts on this ?
Or should I be sending it somewhere else - Pref in Surrey ?

Its battery and straight date/time

Not sure of the model but they have sent it too TAG.
