Is this a lot to repair a tag?

So my tag CARRERA AUTO TWINTIME STL has been neglected and stopped working a while ago. Would now like to get it working again.
Tag direct have quoted £315 as it needs a full service.
Seems a lot is this about right? is it worth the hassle of going to a local shop or are any net places likely to be much cheaper - quick google found places like http://www.thewatchlab.co.uk.
if its £50 difference would probably prefer tag to do it but if it would be a lot cheaper then would consider elsewhere - is this about the right price or way too much?
any advice appreciated thanks
