Panerai running down over night

Hi All
Apologies if mentioned elsewhere but I need to service my Panerai Luminor GMT. It was my father's watch which I serviced soon after it became mine in 2008. It has started running down during the night and I've been told that they should be serviced every 5 years. Last time I took it to Watches of Switzerland who sent it back to Panerai for a service and refurb which clocked in at £450 ...
Could someone please recommend a good Indy for these watches in London please?

Went down to The Clock place in Ealing but they were bd closed till July 1st!
Then spoke to Joe (Variomatic) who couldn't have been nicer and so have jiffy bagged the Panerai and my Tag Monaco with a cracked screen to him - fingers crossed Royal Mail Special Delivery don't drop it!
