Hopefully someone on here will be able to help...

My son dropped his Seiko Monster and since then it has been running a little slow... No problem I thought, I will simply take the back off, adjust the regulator and off we go.

I did this and all was well until I adjusted it a little more and this time prodded the little regulator wheel thing - the watch stopped and now it won't go at all.... I presume the spring has been damaged by my clumsiness....

So... Can anyone recommend either a good watch repairer or supplier of a Seiko 4R36a movement?
