Found this at my parents, it doesn't look much to me but it is an Omega...

Ah, my mum said it was probably my Grandad's and it does have a stainless steel back (looks quite out of place/too modern and only has the wording 'stainless steel' engraved on it. So is it worth much?

Well tbh, its not really a sentimental part of his 'legacy'. I'd never seen it before and don't remember him having a watch tbh. its up to my mum really as she didn't know what to do with it.
