Visiting the parents today, and the topic of watches came up, as mum was looking at my Speedmaster. Anyway, dad's old watch came up, and it's got an interesting story of sentimental significance to us.

I had a look on Omega's vintage collection and I might have narrowed it down to the 40s and 50s collection, possibly with a 265 or 266 caliber, but can't seem to find the exact one. Not sure if it's a genuine one to be fair.

Irrespective of that, I would like to get it looking nice again and present it to him on his birthday.

Thanks chaps. The internets seem to indicate that this is from the Geneve collection, with a subsecond hand and a crosshair dial. Caliber is possibly a 267 one.
