Omega servicing, where?

I have an automatic seamaster that hasn't been serviced for a very long time, I may have been misinformed but a friend told me that if Omega service it they replace everything that is needed within the fixed price?

Mine isn't a vintage piece, but it has some scratches on the bezel, so wouldn't mind them replacing that
