Looking at getting a pilot style watch, have a steinhart ocean 44 which I think is a great watch for the money. So was considering going for another one. Have a budget of about £700

Had narrowed it down to these 3 from steinhart. But would also look at other brands.

I love the B-Uhr watches, but 47mm will be huge. And still not as big as the originals - 55mm I.I.R.C.
I have a freebie watch that I once got from timefactors, its was called a submersible, remembered I had it in a drawer somewhere dug it out and measured it and it was exactly 47mm, so tried it for size and it was perfect. I usually wear a Panerai Luminor which is a fairly big watch.so the 47mm case should be fine

Definitely swaying to spending the bit extra on the 3rd one, especially as I don't currently have a chronograph watch.

Well just a bit of an update on this thread, spotted a Nav B-Chrono 44 on eBay which was only a bout 8 months old, after a bit of haggling managed to get it for a reasonable £525.

Originally was looking at the 47mm model but Looking forward to getting it next week
