Hi

I have a fancy for getting myself a Samsung Gear S3 but I can't seem to find anywhere online to get one that isn't from an international seller. I'm new to the smartwatch market so haven't been keeping up with news on the S3 release dates etc.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Wow, don't mean to offend anybody but what was the mod that moved this thread thinking?

He's got a lot of work ahead (and behind) him to move all the Smartwatch topics so far.
That would be my fault! I asked for it to be moved.

They are hard to get hold of, particularly the Frontier, I managed to get a Frontier from Amazon, it came from luxenbourg, however the seller has now increased the price to £395, I paid £345.

So far I'm very pleased with it.
Is it simply a supply issue? I can't seem to find anywhere that gives any indication of when it will be back in stock...

Guy in the Carphone Warehouse just said that they are hard to get hold of, Carphone Warehouse had them online for a few days but they sold out quickly, a Classic isn't an issue apparently.
Hmm. I'm going over to Munich in a week or so - I wonder whether I might have a better chance of getting it over there...? I assume the only difference would be the plug??

Search - eGlobal Central (UK)

I've brought from here a few times , excellent service & prices .
I bought my Nexus from them. Got stuck at customs/DHL for about 4 weeks. Only got it when I tweeted a complaint. Not their fault, admittedly, plus they covered the duty etc. but I'm loath to risk it again. Also, I'm not sure about the warranties with imported stuff?

ETA: That all said, I've gone ahead and ordered from there anyway!

I have been thinking about one of these for a while. I don't wear a watch at the moment on a daily basis but started running in the new year so using my phone for tracking that so far and this looks way better. Ordered from the link mentioned above as I have used them before and they had it for £270 so will wait and see what arrives now! biggrin
I got mine a couple of weeks ago and I love it. I'm not sure the heart rate is that accurate and the sleep monitor is useless but then again I didn't really buy if for those things. The activity tracking/GPS is awesome.
