In particular their new Trident model with the automatic Sellita SW200 movement (ETA 2824-2 movement)

Does anyone rate the Christopher Ward watches regarding that £650 price-point? Seems to be mixed reviews but I'd take them with a pinch of salt I know. Thinking of buying this one as a gift for my fiancee:

I watched a youtube review and it looks like a proper nice solid expensive watch. Just not 100% sure on the movement but I guess you won't get anything better for the price and quality unless it's a quartz model or you spend over £1.5k on a certified movement.

I bought this one with the stainless bracelet in the end, in the 38mm. It'll be a great surprise for my fiancee smile. A kind PH member gave me a promo code which meant I got £110 knocked off, so thank you to him.

She used to wear a 40mm Seiko divers watch for 2 years that I bought her which she loves but it's not keeping very good time anymore and I've tried regulating it myself but it's just not working very well.

Rolex didn't even cross my mind when viewing CW watches. If I wanted a Rolex Sub, I'd buy one laugh.

It arrived today and I am very impressed. Here it is next to my 2016 model Omega Seamaster Ceramic. Quality-wise I honestly can't tell the difference.

The 38mm will be perfect for my petit fiancee. I'm a fan of the centre polished links as girls love a bit of bling and the dark red ceramic bezel will basically match her diamond and ruby engagement ring which I didn't even consider at the time! Now I've got to wait till April to give it to her. If it keeps good time using that movement then we will both be very happy indeed!
