Does this Seiko 6139 look ok? what would the value be?

Hi all,
Been offered a Seiko 6139-6002 and wanted to get your views on it before i splash the cash
I already own a yellow/gold dialled pogue but have been after a black one. This looks ok to me but im far from an expert. The images provided are pretty awful, but from what you can see, are there any obvious issues?
The watch is fully working and belonged to the persons granddad, so ownership for the last 45yrs apparently (no proof of that), what would you value this at these days?
