IWC Chrono buttons - anyone else had one pop off?

Have a chrono automatic, and a portugeuse
The chrono is my day to day watch as a bit more robust, however the top chrono button popped off 2 months ago, with IWC eventually agreeing to repair FOC. I have had the watch back c. 1 month, and whilst sat on the sofa yesterday afternoon noticed the button had gone again. It literally must have come off from brushing on my pocket or something like that
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and what did you do with regards to the IWC? Considering my day to day watch is clearly quite fragile, im a little concerned about wearing the more delicate portugese!
