What watch - with a twist...
Discussion
OK, as some of you may know, I have a modest collection of mainly 'modern type' watches.
My grandmother has passed away, and is leaving me some money in her will. Obviously I would like to use this money in a way to cherish her memory - so I was thinking a nice antique / old watch.
So, for £5k, what am I looking at? Are inexpensive watch auctions around more frequently than they are talked about in QP? Are there any nice things out there for that kind of money? You will get more internet points for something from my birth year ('76).
Or should I get another Ltd Bell & Ross?
