CNC programmers, setters required
Discussion
As per the title really, we're looking for skilled CNC turners, both sliding and fixed head lathes as well as a skilled CNC miller for 3,4 and 5 axis work.
If anyone is interested PM me and we'll take it from there.
As a company we offer everything you'd expect from a small tight knit group of engineers, sarcasm, piss taking, general abuse, free tea and coffee, close proximity to a dodgy kebab shop and sometimes the odd day off if you're lucky.
We're based in Henlow Camp by the way so you might get treated to the odd Spitfire flyby in summer

Possibly looking at a change in the future, what machines / controls are you running?
On the sliding head side we've got a pair of Citizen M32's and an L20 and a fixed head Hardinge C65. Milling wise a Chiron FZ08 pallet changer, two Haas VF0E's with 4th axis units and we've just taken delivery of a 5 axis Fanuc Robodrill, all running G code software. The Robodrill is a bit quick, a 24,000rpm spindle and rapids of over 50 metres a minute so free nappies will be provided
If you want to learn other stuff we also have a Toyoda CNC grinder and a couple of Delapena CNC honers.
