If I wanted to stage an Airshow What would I have to do?

As the thread title really how does one go about organising an airshow?
Presumably you need to get some form of air authprity clearance? Do you also need to have air traffic control on the day?
What about planes I believe the BBMF and Red Arrows come free if you meet their requirements. But what about eveyone else? How much do they charge? When do you pay them? Just considering the logistics, not actually going to do it!

Can you explain how the Red Arrows are the enemy?Anyway thanks for the information. Not planning on staging an airshow I was just wondering what one has to do, so now some reading to do!
