Low over SE London today headed towards Southend, T tail with what can only be described as an AWACs disc. Unsure if it was twin prop or single turbo prop but it certainly wasn't a jet, also wasn't showing on FR24. It also seemed to have pods mid-way underneath the wings, hence unsure if it was twin or turbo prop, it looked almost like a UAV.

I've searched google images for "small awacs" but nothing is showing that resembled it.

Thoughts?

Wasn't either of those, it was smaller than an E2 but bigger than the DA42. The engines/pods were further towards the middle of the wings whereas on the DA42 they're closer to the fuselage.

Are you sure it had a T-Tail?

Apart from the DA42, the only sizeable twin I can think of with a T-Tail is the "Super" variants of the King Air family.
I'd say 75% sure, I was on the A2/M25 sliproad at the time so trying to concentrate on that as well as the plane. From at 45 degree angle coming towards me it definitely had a disc on the fuselage, but after it went over it's possible the disc merged into what could appear to be a T tail aircraft.

That's quite possibly it, the angle I saw it at could quite possibly make the beam look like a dish.

Thanks!
